Rules and Regulations

"The most valuable possession a Guild member can give is his word.
No item or weapon he/she carries has as much potential to harm or help the guild.
"

  • Have fun -  This is the most important part of our guild.
  • Be helpful - Remember it's easy for a high level character to help, so share your awesome power!!
  • Listen to the officers of the guild. - These people have been selected as they know what they are on about, sometimes lol
  • Don't ask for Promotion  -   If you're helpful and committed it will find you once there is a position available.
  • Be respectful to allRemember there is a real person on the other end of all characters.

  • If someone asks for help in guild chat it is important that you reply to them, even if it's to say sorry i can't :)
  • Guild Members are asked, not to ask for moneyfrom other guild members or beg off other players  (this can come across as rude and too forward).
  • No spamming in guild chat window for instance runs. We will help run lower levels through the appropriate level intances for better gear. However we schedule a time for these on the Guild Calender
  • Please try not to use bad language in any chat , included in this are abbreviations like (FFS and OMFG)   Take it to a tell instead of using guild chat.
You will see profanity from time to time on the guild channel from other members. Typically this is appropriate use as a result of dying, being ganked, or just generally being silly; however this is not the NORMAL form of communication that we use.

Swearing for its own sake is not acceptable, is not deemed "cool" and won't gain you respect with other members. A short time spent observing the conversations of others in the guild will give you an idea of what is appropriate and what is not.

  • Do Not Leave an instance before its done without a good reason, Its a good idea to make sure you have enough time before you agree to join it, also people will respect you more if you say that you might not be able to finish.
  • If you leave the guild please be polite and let us know before, then I'm sure there would be a place for you if your plans dont work out.

  • When in a raid please follow the raid rules (See Below)

Raid Rules
  •  Be on time.

  •  Be repaired.

  •  Have all your pots and consumables before the raid starts..

  •  Have the required mods (a threat meter and Deadly Boss Mods) is a must.

  •  Be on Vent.

  •  Listen to the raid leadership and do not disrupt them, if you have a suggestion type it in raid chat do not cut them off on vent when they are talking…….

  •  DO NOT take a spot on phpraid if you are not geared for that instances signup in Que and we will decide if you are ready or not

  • . If you are under geared, DPS is to low, not really the right class and we take you to a raid we may have to switch you out with some one more geared, more DPS,or the right class to get the job done, this is to help that raid as a whole and the guild to progress has nothing to do with you as a person.

  •  If you need to use the restroom or get a drink or food please do it while trash is being cleared but let the raid know by typing (brb food, brb drink, brb 5mins? Etc..) or during the break times, need to keep the raid moving and that makes it a lot easier….

  •  Mains get spots over alts unless we need that specific class or that alt is one of the main Enchanters, Black Smith, Tailor, Etc for patterns for the guild, also people that raid on a regular basis get spots over on again off again players sorry it has to be that way but it’s the only way the guild is going to progress

  •  Disruptive players will receive a warning in a whisper from the raid leaders. The Raid leaders will also inform the officers of the warning. A public warning will be given in the raid channel on the second offence. A third offense and the player will be removed from the raid group.

  • During the raid, the Raid Leaders have the final say, no exceptions. Any disagreements will be addressed some time after the raid.
  • Disruption can come in many forms even members of the raid making mistakes over and over again. (This sort of thing cost all money in repair and takes time when we could be moving on to another boss. If the raid leader receives 5 or more whispers from members reporting the same person then he/she will have to be removed and replaced from the run to allow it to continue with success.
  • We use DKP for the 25 man instances. This is awared for being on time, prepared, for bosses, and for finishing the raid.

Loot Rules

  • One need roll per run for your class/spec
  • Unlimited greed rolls for your class, we now have two greed rolls the first greed roll is for class/spec means you can use the item now for an upgrade.
  • Second greed roll is for your class/offspec, this is only for guild progression, it doesn’t help the guild for a person to bank an item over someone that can use it now.
  • ALL greens and items that nobody can use will go to the guild bank to be De or the De item to fund the guild bank so we can help with repairs on the 25 mans as we progress this is to help everyone that has been getting the repair bills.
  • Any item that can be used for enchant mats can be purchased from the guild bank at a discounted price from AH prices and we will have a list of the prices so everyone knows.
  • All bop patterns/mats need rolls for anyone that can use that pattern now, greed if nobody is high enough.  Those do not count towards other item need rolls, boe patterns/mats goto Daadaa, or one of the Legionnaire’s we will stick them in the guild bank officer tab until we decide who in the guild gets them its whats best for the guild.. THEY will not be sold.
  • Players that join us for a raid and are not in our guild will get to roll on 1 need  for your spec, per raid.  Unlimited greed rolls for your class/spec.

Thiese rules are subject to change and adjustment as the guild grows.
